i dont know why this game is rated so low on steam, ive sunk hundreds of hours into this game and i just played for 3 hours the other day and i havent felt this good after playing a video game in months.

gameplay:

the gameplay is very slick, the combat is amazing, just like the new iteration of the neverwinter nights games of old, there is a puzzle based puzzle element of combat which allows you to chain attacks using the abilities of your character as well as enemies. there is also a tutorial element that leads you through combat in a noob friendly fashion. combat is fun, a high amount of oppurtinities to do damage, a high amount of defense oppurtinities, and you get to customize your attacks with new and old style abilities from previous games. Also chains are very fun, for example if you use an electric attack in front of a enemy, they might go into shock and hit you for aoe damage

graphics:

the graphics are amazing, just like the new iteration of the neverwinter nights games of old the environments are amazing, the character models are detailed, and there is a large variety of areas and creatures, the draw distance is insane, all of the elements you expect from a fantasy rpg look great, the environments are mostly aesthetic, i wont go into the specific setting as it would ruin some things.

story:

the story is rich, i love the story aspect of this game, its clear they put a lot of time and effort into the story and dialogue and it shows. the story itself is somewhat complex and you can see where everything leads, in fact the story is rich enough that i can say it will take 2 to 3 days to play through all the dialogue, it doesnt feel forced, and feels natural, some of the dialogue still has a lot of room for improvement, but it still shows they put a lot of time into the story making. the story starts off slowly and picks up pace as time goes on with the main quest line.

combat:

combat is very fun, you can use chain attacks with the characters, use their skills, and their spells in unique ways, chains are surprisingly fun and i have yet to find a use for them that im not happy with. its very much like neverwinter nights 1, with a huge amount of variation and depth to it. the combo attacks are really cool, it has the same system and philosophy as the
